Earth Day is celebrated each year on April 22nd. All over the world, people come together to clean up, plant a tree, and learn about how to better care for our planet. The first Earth Day was established in 1970 and has grown to include over 190 countries, with over 1 billion people participating each year! Read more about the history of Earth day here.
