It\'s the most wonderful time of the year! Gingerbread-Palooza time! Yes, \'tis the season to enjoy holiday festivities with family and friends, play in the sparkling snow, and get cozy under a warm blanket with a good book and hot chocolate. But the thing that makes the season even sweeter here at the library is our annual Gingerbread-Palooza. It\'s coming up this weekend and we can\'t wait to see the adorably delicious gingerbread houses that the kids make this year!
Kids in grades k-3 will team up to make the most AWESOME gingerbread house they can with the candy provided. With some good old fashioned imagination and collaboration they are sure to come up with something scrumptious! Then we will put their finished gingerbread houses on display where patrons can vote on their favorite! There are still some spots available for kids grades k-3. Sign-up today to reserve your spot! The fun starts this Saturday, December 9 at 10am.
