Drawing Videos from Young Rembrandts. They have a printable Drawing Worksheet for a more unplugged version. Young Rembrandts is also suggesting to this free eBook, Rainy Day Survival Guide, which features 25 activities to do at home with creative children.

Coloring is another good way to unplug from the computer using art. There are many online resources for coloring pages, both for children and adults.

211.org is a virtual service that connects people to mental health help services. They have a specific page about CoVid–19 concerns as well.
