You Are Invited! Summer Reading Begins on June 1!

Stop by the Library on June 1 to help us kick off our Summer Reading Program! There is a little bit of something for everyone, so make sure to swing by to sign your family up for the program and take advantage of the fun activities planned!  Psst....if you sign up for our Summer Reading Program on June 1, you will receive a special prize!  Please note that an Algonquin Area Public Library Card is needed to sign up for the Summer Reading Program.

June 1 - Schedule of Activities 

Yellow Sun icon by phidari10:00 am - 11:00 am Constructive Play Outside
Enjoy the sunshine and messy activities outside like water fun and bubbles! This program will be held outside, weather permitting.
(Ages baby - 5 years) 

2:00 pm - 2:50 pm The Three Billy Goats Gruff Traveling Musical Play
Enjoy an interactive new take on this classic story full of rollicking active songs! This program is geared toward children ages 4 years and up. Younger siblings may attend but must sit with a parent. (Registration Required)

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm The Library Games
Try your hand at giant bowling, alligator ring toss and a variety of minute challenge games!  (All ages)
